Pooling Guidelines:

1. If you are joining the pooling, please do not reply your payment receipts to your order confirmation email. A separate email for payment form and pooling form will be sent to your email on or before May 8, 2022 (12mn).

2. Timestamp for payment form (not payment receipt), will be followed to who will be prioritized first. Payments may be sent early but the payment form will be available on May 8, 2022 (6pm - onwards). Downpayment (per item to be pooled) will be required before we give your priority number.

3. Strictly no withdrawal for pooling, unless otherwise there is a notification from our team, in any case, there are only a few people are interested.

4. Your priority number will be emailed as soon as we confirmed your payment.

5. For inclusions that are not inside the albums/DVDs to be pooled (if applicable only), probability will be computed per inclusion to observe fairness with non-pooling joiners. Further details will be sent through a separate email.
